BGS V3.11: Automatically update your screen with Internet pictures

BGS V3.11 gives your computer the ability to automatically download a
specified .JPG or .GIF file, convert it to .BMP format, and set it as
Win95 or Win/NT4 wallpaper, every time you want.

You can also load images from your local disk.

Connecting to any available Internet BGS/IS server, you can choose 
pictures by subjects, using the different server channels.

You can also use it to avoid your phone line to hangup in case of
trafic inactivity.

Special requirements: Windows 95 or Windows NT4.

Installation: Unzip the file bgs.zip into C:\ directory.
			  Run BGS by clicking on C:\bgs\bgs.exe
			  Read help file to see complete documentation

Note about internal BGS help:
   BGS uses the new Windows system Help files (.chm) which are only available 
   on your computer if you have Interner Explorer V4.0 installed.

Uninstall: Simply remove C:\bgs directory
